Returns Policy.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations A cooling off period of seven working days exists in which the consumer can withdraw from the contract and return their goods for a full refund.

 
The above does not apply where the goods if your good are made to order or are customised products. We will still of course guarantee to refund if the good are found to be faulty or not to specification.
 
If you wish to return your goods please email us on Sales@PosDisplayShop.co.uk telling us your reason for returning the goods where we may collect the goods. Upon acceptance of any claim we will provide a returns authorisation code and make arrangements for the return of the goods.
 
We cannot accept any claim for consequential loss for any inconvenience caused in any instance of late delivery or where the goods are retuned under our returns policy.
