Delivery
Free delivery on all orders.
Standard orders are despatched during normal working hours Mon-Fri. (not including Bank Holidays)
We try to despatch standard orders as quickly as possible. If any orders are needed urgently please contact us and we will do all we can to make sure your order is received in a timely manner.
We endeavour to process any orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, the next working day.
Smaller items are usually shipped via Royal Mail, larger items are usually shipped via Parcelforce.
Royal Mail – 2nd Class – Please allow 3 – 5 working days after despatch.
Parcel Force – Please allow 1 – 2 working days after despatch.
Although we try to despatch orders within our deadlines, sometimes issues out of our control can delay them. Eg. postal delays, material delays etc.

Some orders may need to be shipped on a pallet, we will contact you if required.
Please note: Orders of multiple products may be shipped separately.
Due to higher delivery costs, we only deliver to addresses in the UK.
Deliveries to Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man may incur additional postage costs, depending on Couriers. Please contact us if you have any enquiries.

Returns
If your item fails to arrive in good condition, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will be happy to assist you.
If you decide you would like to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
Bespoke / personalised items, unless faulty, cannot be returned.
Please note that you will be required to cover the cost of returning the items.
