Orders are despatched during normal working hours Mon-Fri. (not including Bank Holidays)
We usually try to despatch orders within 48 hours. If any orders are needed urgently please contact us and we will do all we can to make sure your order is received in a timely manner.
We endeavour to process any orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, the next working day.
Smaller items are usually shipped via Royal Mail, larger items are usually shipped via Parcelforce.
Royal Mail – 2nd Class – Please allow 3 – 5 working days after despatch
Parcel Force – Please allow 1 – 2 working days after despatch
Some orders may need to be shipped on a pallet, we will contact you if required.
Please note: Orders of multiple products may be shipped separately.
Due to higher delivery prices, we only deliver to addresses in the UK.
Deliveries to Highlands and Islands, Northern Island, Channel Islands and Isle of Man may incur additional postage costs, depending on Couriers. Please contact us if you have any enquiries.
